How to cook ribs in the oven?

  • To begin with, preheat the oven to 250 degrees. This means that the oven has to be burning hot before placing the marinated beef rib in it.
  • Meanwhile, you will have to marinate the ribs. You have to sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.

  • Then make a mixture of olive oil with an addition of herbs like thyme, oregano, and rosemary.
  • Also, add a little hint of vinegar and cayenne pepper to add a tangy punch.
  • When done, please place it in the preheated oven and cook the meat for about 15 minutes at 250 degrees.
  • Then after 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 20 minutes to make sure that the meat gets tender enough to leave the bone.
